Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
First off, we ship fast and we package well. Rarely do we have a light broken in transit, as they are secured and sealed inside their metal cage prior to shipping. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground.

Within the United States, orders are received from 1-6 days depending on your distance from our manufacturing facility in Florida. For International orders, please contact us prior to ordering so we can have customs documents prepared.

Returns:
When you order from us, we only sell 100% new products. For that reason, all sales are final. Our return policy only covers repairs on any light that has been used. It is the customers responsibility to pay for freight to us, we will pay for freight back to the customer on items under warranty only. Please contact us prior to returning any items for an RMA form so we can process your return and ensure your item is shipped back to the proper address.

Warranty:
Our lights have a 1 year guarantee on all of the parts and equipment, covering everything except bulb breakage and the ballast being submerged in water. When you buy from Go Green Fish lights you do not have to worry, because even outside of the warranty period you are covered! We only charge the actual cost of materials and shipping on any repair. Our bulb are guaranteed to not leak ever!.
